Currency
All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). All prices are displayed in dinars excluding VAT.

Delivery / Delivery Issues
If we are unable to complete the delivery due to no one being available to accept the goods at the agreed address and time, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. Your account will be charged for the full order amount and delivery. The order will be considered completed.
If the person to whom the gift is being sent refuses to accept it during delivery, the courier will return the order to our warehouse, and your account will be charged for the full order amount and delivery. The order will be considered completed.

Order Cancellation Terms
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of the ordered goods. Otherwise, we will consider the order finalized, and you will be charged for the full amount of your order on the day of the scheduled delivery. Complaint Terms
If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us via email no later than 3 hours after delivery. We only accept complaints if you provide us with a written description, as well as pictures and video footage of the problem you encountered. The complained product must be photographed in its original condition, not after consumption or use. We will respond to your complaint within 48 hours of receiving your email. If your complaint is deemed valid, Giftić will refund the order amount.

Agreement and Changes to Terms
By using our services, the user agrees to the specified terms of use. GIFTIĆ BEOGRAD commits to adhering to these terms, and any changes to the terms will become effective only after they are published on this page.
